Sets Required:
5:00pm – 5:45pm – VIP Area – Acoustic background music. (I will set up a powered speaker for them with a mixing board otherwise they can use theirs but will be a quick change to the main stage)
6:00pm – 6:50pm – Outdoor Stage cocktail party music
7:15pm – 7:55pm – Outdoor Stage – Upbeat music
Make sure they bring all their equipment to set up at 4pm. The AV guys will test and connect cable from the Duo mixer to theirs in order to have music playing everywhere.
There will be a quick turn around from the VIP Area to the Main Stage Area. But hey need to be playing at the main stage from 6pm sharp.
